The compressed files contain most COHGIS administrative boundaries, locations, and routes. Cadastral/parcel related datasets are not available for download due to their large file sizes. COHGIS parcel layer does not carry ownership information. HCAD parcel shapes and ownership tables can be downloaded from Harris County Appraisal District's Public Data site (http://pdata.hcad.org).
