The boundary line matches COHGIS parcel boundaries. COHGIS staff revisited legal descriptions to verify the limit. (There is no boundary change at Houston ship channel area.) There are three Service Types: Full Service, Limited Service, and Pending. Polygons with "Full Service" tag are full purpose City limits. Polygons with "Limited Service" tag are limited purpose City limits.
