Notes on COHGIS 2010:

The compressed files contain most COHGIS administrative boundaries, locations, and routes. All COHGIS layers are in ESRI Personal Geodatabase format.

Cadastral/parcel related datasets are not available for download from this website. GISTD no longer maintains the COHGIS parcel dataset. We now use appraisal district parcel datasets. All administrative boundaries, locations, and routes have been (or will be) adjusted to Harris (some Fort Bend and Montgomery) county appraisal district geographic parcels. All feature classes come with metadata.

HCAD parcel shapes and ownership tables can be downloaded from Harris County Appraisal District's Public Data at http://pdata.hcad.org.
